The Community Office
The Community Office was opened in 2002 in the vestry of St John church. The office is funded by Communities First, provided by the church and created by the community for the community.
The vestry was in a bad state of disrepair. The Association was granted funding to refurbish it. It is well used by the local community as well as the church.

The town council’s project development officer Paul Harris works permanently in the office. It is also manned voluntarily by members of the Association who are available for advice. Two of the members are town councillors, one also being a county councillor. Regular community surgeries are held in the office by the Councillors and the Police.
The office was officially opened by the Rev Ian Thomas, the Right Hon Denzil Davies MP who is the president of the Seaside Community Association, Catherine Thomas AM, Gerald Meyler and Martin Morris County Councillors, and Nigel Bevan Llanelli Town Deputy Mayor. Rev Ian Thomas is pictured handing over the keys to the Association Vice chairman Robert Thomas.
