The Carnival
In 2003 the Community Association decided to reinstate the carnival in Seaside after many years of absence. It proved to be a tremendous success and has become an annual event held each year on August Bank Holiday Monday in Crown Park.
The carnival is led by a walking procession through the main street in Seaside and is well supported by all residents.
This year for the first time the Association is proud to be working in partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council. This event will be bigger and better than ever with the County funding laser clay pigeon shooting, stunt bicycles and 20 ft street walkers. Our grateful thanks go to the County Council for their generosity in sponsoring our event.
