Welcome to Seaside Community Association
Seaside is a community within the electoral ward of Glanymor, situated in the southern area of Llanelli town. It has, in addition to the neighbouring ward of Tyisha, been declared a Communities First area, and positioned as the tenth most deprived area of Wales. The Glanymor ward has 6000 residents and Tyisha a further 4,500 residents.
Seaside sits just south of the railway line and next to the very beautiful Millennium Coastal Path and North dock area of Llanelli, where the spectacular coastline of the Gower can be enjoyed by all.

What we do...
Since 2002, Seaside Community Association have been meeting on a monthly basis to maintain a sense of community, organising events and dealing with matters involving Seaside Community. On the 15th October 2004 the Association became a limited Company and was a big, momentous step for the group, protecting them against any monetary penalty.
Seaside Community Association meets every third Tuesday of the month at Ty Llys Newydd at 6.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings, where they can find out about what is going on in their community, have their say and get involved in Community events.
Seaside Community Association has a Community Office at St Johns Vestry on Druce Street. It is open every weekday, if you have a community related problem or if you need advice on any other issue do not hesitate to pop in or call 01554 758802.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Association, so come along and get involved – We need you!!!
