History

Seaside Community is steeped in history, as it has a strong tradition of manufacturing and industry, including a steelworks, saucepan factory, copper works and a de-tinning factory. The loss of this local industry hit the community hard, but the Seaside Community Association is working hard to bring the community spirit back to Seaside.
