Monthly Meetings

The Community Association meets every third Tuesday of the month at Llys Newydd at 6:30pm.  Everyone is welcome to come along. We also have an office in Seaside where residents can call in if they have any problems to discuss.

 

Carnivals

The carnival is held on the August Bank Holiday Monday.  The parade starts at the Bucket and Spade and the main ring is in Crown Park. It has been a tremendous success over the years. Entrance fee is £1.50 by programme, children go in free

Christmas Lights (Follow the link for details of this years' lights)

Every year around the beginning of December Santa Clause visits Seaside.  He comes to see the beautiful lights on our Christmas tree in the community garden.  The children from Copperworks and Lakefield schools entertain the crowds with their angelic voices and people are encouraged to join in with the carols. There are hot dogs, hot fresh donuts and a fair for the little ones. There is no charge to see Santa but we do restrict it to children under 12.

Fireworks

The Seaside Family Forum in conjunction with the Association hold a Fireworks event in Crown Park.  Once again this year the event proved to be a trememdous success bringing the community together.  Our grateful thanks go to the members of the Seaside Family Forum for organising this event.

 

Coffee Mornings / Evenings

We hold coffee mornings and coffee evenings at various times throughout the year.  Details will be posted on the web site and also in different places around the community.  Come and join in.
